Audrey has been the On-Site Owner of The Goddard School in Wake Forest since 2007. Having raised four children of her own, she understands the value of a great education. Audrey has worked in a variety of roles in two public school systems. Caring for and loving children is her passion! She loves seeing children get a great education at The Goddard School!
Ms. Dee holds an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Vance Granville Community College and is a North Carolina Certified Trainer for Child Care Providers and a certified SIDS Trainer. She has earned the Level II North Carolina Early Childhood Administrator Credential and brings 25 years of experience in Child Care Administration. Ms. Dee brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role as the Director at Goddard, where she has been a dedicated team member for 15 years. Her work is deeply focused on both supporting the educational journeys of children and enhancing the professional development of the faculty she mentors. She is committed to creating an environment that not only nurtures young learners but also empowers educators to continually evolve in their craft. With her leadership, Ms. Dee strives to ensure that the highest standards of care and education are maintained, making a positive impact on the children, their families & the community.
Ms. Rebecca brings six years of experience in child-focused fields, including five years at the Goddard School. She became a valued member of our team in 2020 as a Resource Teacher and has also gained internship experience in the ABA field for one year. Ms. Rebecca holds a Bachelors Degree from Barton College in Applied Psychology with a double minor in Social Work and Aging Studies. Driven by a passion for child development, Ms. Rebecca finds great fulfillment in supporting the growth of each child on an individual level. She is committed to fostering an environment where every child feels both safe and respected, while simultaneously addressing and prioritizing the needs of parents.
Ms. Breyanna Joined the Goddard School Team in 2025 as an Assistant Pre-K teacher and was later promoted to a Lead Pre-K Teacher. She is currently finishing her early childhood education certificate at Wake Technical Community College and is trained in Goddard Health and Safety, CPR, First Aid, and SIDS. With over 1 year of experience in early childhood education and several years of experience working privately with children, she believes that children are instinctually curious and learn best through experience/ hands on exploration. In her classroom, she enjoys science experiments, dance parties, and finding things in our natural environment to observe. Ms. Breyanna works hard to create and environment that is always safe, encouraging, and fun. Her favorite children's book is "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus" because it is fun and interactive while still teaching about emotional awareness further reflecting in her belief about setting boundaries and confidence.
Ms. Candice joined the Goddard School team in 2026 as a Lead Toddler teacher and holds an Associates Degree in Birth-Kindergarten Education from Wake Technical Community College and is trained in Goddard Health and safety as well as CPR, First Aid, and SIDS. With over 6 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Candice believes that children are adventurous, deserving of nurture, capable, loving and curious; she believes children learn best through play based learning, guided discovery, and meaningful experiences. In her classroom, she enjoys arts and crafts, dancing and music, she works hard to create an environment that is fun, welcoming, organized, and safe. Ms. Candice's favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" because of the colorful illustrations reflecting her belief in nurturing curiosity through hands on exploration.
Ms. Danielle joined the Goddard School team in 2025 as a Lead Toddler Teacher. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in psychology from NC A&T and is trained in Early Childhood and elementary education along with all required Goddard Health and Safety trainings, including SIDS, CPR, and First Aid. With over 8 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Danielle believes that children are the purest form of love and truth and learn best through discovery from play. In her classroom, she enjoys observing the children learn and grow and she works hard to create an environment that blends every child's needs. Ms. Danielle's Favorite children's book is "Oh' The Places You'll Go" because you can become whatever you want, reflecting her belief that if you have a vision you can achieve it.
Ms. Emmaline joined the Goddard School team in 2015 as the infant lead teacher. She holds a bachelors degree in Christian Studies & Piano from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has the Early Childhood Credential from Vance Granville Community College. With over 11 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Emmaline believes that children are inherently good and curious and learn best through play both independently and with their loving caregivers. In her classroom, she enjoys being silly and having babies crawl all over her and she works hard to create an environment that is nurturing, soft, and safe. Ms. Emmaline's favorite Children’s book is "Chrysanthemum" because it teaches confidence and acceptance of oneself reflecting in her belief that everybody's unique, beautiful, important, and worthy of being celebrated.
Ms. Inna has two years of experience in early childhood education and serves as the Lead Teacher in our Bridge (Older Twos) Classroom. She is trained in First Aid and CPR, SIDS awareness, and has completed multiple health and safety trainings through GSU. Ms. Inna is a graduate of Ternopil National Economic University. She takes great pride in maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom environment for her students.
Ms. Kellie is a Lead Pre-K Teacher and holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Naugatuck Valley Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Ashford University. She has fifteen years of experience working with children and joined the Goddard School team in 2017. Ms. Kellie loves watching children learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones.
Ms. Michelle joined the Goddard School team in 2025 as a lead toddler teacher. She holds a masters degree in Elementary Teaching from Western Governors University and is trained in CPR, First Aid, SIDS, and several Goddard Health and Safety trainings. With over 8 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Michelle believes that children learn through having fun which is best done through play based instruction and asking questions. In her classroom, she enjoys reading and pretend play and works hard to create an environment that is fun and engaging. Ms. Michelle's favorite children's book is "I Need a New Butt" by Dawn McMillian because is is funny which reflects in her belief that it is fun to be funny and it is fun to learn.
Ms. Peyton joined The Goddard School in Wake Forest in 2025 after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services from Appalachian State University. She is CPR and First Aid certified and trained in Health and Safety, child maltreatment recognition and response, and the stages of play. Ms. Peyton is dedicated to supporting children’s growth through advocacy, community engagement, and caring, nurturing environments.
Ms. Alissa has eight years experience working with young children. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Long Island University. She is certified to teach children birth to 6th grade. Prior to joining the Goddard School in 2019, Ms. Alissa taught in elementary schools in Wake County for six years.
Ms. Lola joined the Goddard team in 2025 as an Assistant Teacher in our Bridge classroom. She has approximately two years of experience working in early childhood education. Ms. Lola enjoys working with children because of their curiosity and believes that each day is an opportunity for children to build confidence, kindness, and a love of learning.
Ms. Oksana joined the Goddard School team in 2024 as the assistant infant teacher. She holds a Master's Degree in Pharmacy from Pharmaceutical University in Ukraine and is trained in all Goddard Health and Safety trainings including SIDS, CPR and First Aid. With nearly 2 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Oksana believes that children are curious and capable and learn best through guided discovery and play-based learning. In her classroom, she enjoys story time, and outdoor exploration and works to create an environment that is safe and welcoming. Ms. Oksana's favorite Children’s book is "The Color Monster" because it helps children to understand and express their emotions.
