Dr. Micchia is particularly interested in family practice because it allows her to take a whole-patient approach, caring for the many systems of the body that are all interrelated to one another. She also has expertise in women's wellness issues. Dr. Micchia has been married to her clinic partner, Joseph Micchia, DO, since 1994. They have three children. Dr. Micchia likes reading, exercising, socializing with friends and family, and watching her children play sports, including soccer and tennis.
